VCL30.DPL:

RunTime-Library of Delphi 3.0. For these versions the file "VCL30.DPL" is required in your windows-system directory. If you already use this file, you can use these versions without any problems. If not, you either have to download the stand-alone version or you download the file "VCL30.DPL" (445KB) from one of the following server: Denmark (FTP) USA (FortuneCity)
